Penerangan pekerjaanMaintain overall architecture ownership and governance for all solutions within a particular customer environment. Ensure life-cycle management and technology roadmap planning with a focus on solution innovation. Assess feasibility, identify, and clarify technical, delivery, and operational risks for proposed new technologies and services. Provide governance and quality assurance for the delivery of all technical services. Lead and deliver consulting services when required, including development of Ensure best practice is leveraged in providing the solutions and services to target accounts. Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all relevant products, solutions, and services. Use this knowledge to ensure that all proposed designs are commercially and technically viable solutions for the customer. Responsible for governance and oversight, ensuring technical management of deployment issues and problems. Note and ensure escalation within product teams, and service developments required to meet customer needs. Ensure adoption of Professional Services (PS) processes, methods, and tools throughout Australasia. Identify and create business opportunities for target customers and prospects. When required, participate in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary. Present technical solutions to customers both formally and informally as required. Supports in the development of customer SLAs. Stay abreast of technical issues, options, and advancements within the internetworking industry relevant to the product and services portfolio. Provide a consistently high-quality technical service to target customers ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved. Ability to liaise with customers unaccompanied and be a recognized authority on the organization's products and services. Provision of skilled presentations to prospective customers on the technical solutions and services offered with minimum support. Responsibility for all aspects of the technical compatibility of customer requirements with the products and services offered. Must be highly customer-focused and willing to champion the customer needs throughout the organisation Engage and partner with customer at all levels, including high-level governance and at a detailed technical level Ensure delivery of solutions which provide high value throughout the full life cycle of the contract Deliver high-value consulting services as appropriate Work with and enhance key partner and vendor relationships as required to deliver fully integrated solutions Good problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills Must be capable of working across cultural boundaries Positive thinker, confident, presentable, enthusiastic, resilient Able to multi-task, take ownership, prioritise and meet deadlines No difficulties travelling internationally Capable of building and maintaining good relationships Capable of working in a matrix organisation Capable of mentoring and leading less experienced technical staff Engineering Degree or similar in relevant technical field Vendor certifications (e.g., Juniper, Z-Scaler, Cisco) Consulting practitioner certification (such as TOGAF or similar) 12+ years related work experience in customer-facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent Experience and / or knowledge of the following key technologies :

MISSION
The
Senior Solution Architect Consultant
is responsible for overall architecture ownership and governance for enterprise solutions within a specific customer environment. This includes capacity and availability management across the customer's infrastructure.
The role involves ownership of lifecycle management and technology roadmap planning with a focus on innovation. The Senior Consultant will engage with senior-level customer stakeholders to provide strategic and technical advice and will oversee quality assurance for consulting services, including solution assessments, design, and implementation.
They will lead technical design efforts, ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions, and contribute to advisory consulting services across a range of digital domains.
