Responsibilities

  • Strategic Channel Planning & Growth

Develop and execute the annual channel strategy and business plan for the SMB segment, including partner targets for revenue, market penetration, and partner recruitment.

  • Identify new channel opportunities, market gaps, and potential partners to expand Maxis reach within the SMB sector.
  • Define and manage the channel resources, incentives, and budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
  • Act as the central nexus for all channel-related activities, working seamlessly with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Sales, Regional Teams, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Marketing.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and launch initiatives that uplift the entire channel\'s operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary channel advocate within Maxis, ensuring partner needs are heard and addressed by relevant departments.
  • Partner Performance Management & Enablement
  • Establish a framework for regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, align strategies, and validate resource allocation.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive partner certification and enablement programs to build sales competency and product expertise.
  • Proactively identify performance gaps and collaborate with partners to create and execute improvement plans.
  • Market Intelligence & Governance
  • Proactively gather and synthesize critical market insights from external parties, including business partners, competitors, and industry trends, to react and adjust channel strategy.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all Maxis policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards across the channel network.
  • Manage conflict resolution between channel partners, ensuring a fair and productive ecosystem.
