We are looking for a hands‑on Post Trade Operations Specialist responsible for executing and monitoring crypto and fiat settlements, running daily reconciliations, and resolving exceptions.

This role is part of a global team providing 24 / 7 coverage, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are able to work US shift hours.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Managing and executing settlements with external counterparties in both crypto and fiat currencies.
• Coordinating the movement of funds via digital asset custodians and ensuring all transactions are accurately completed.
• Preparing and analyzing reconciliation reports, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Flag and investigate unmatched balances, stale settlements, or discrepancies in trade data.
• Track and reconcile balances across custodians, exchanges, bank accounts, DeFi venues, and internal ledgers.
• Support lifecycle tracking for token unlocks, margin calls, or options / structured product settlements / payments.
• Collaborating with other operational teams to ensure smooth settlement processes and mitigate operational risk.
• Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes.
• Support timezone‑based shift coverage and smooth handovers between SG, UAE / EUR, and US teams.
