Logistics Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Assisting in all aspects of sales processes, documentation and administrative supports
• Serve as a liaison between customers and various internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Issue purchase orders and liaise with both overseas and local suppliers on order status and related requirements.
• Liaise with banks and freight forwarders to prepare and process shipment documents.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing the needed results to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintains record, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related duties
• Support and back up team members from time to time to ensure continuity of operations, especially during leave or peak workload periods.
