Job Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments from Thailand, China, Indonesia, Europe, and the US to destination ports (inbound).
• Monitor outbound shipments to domestic customers or distribution points.
• Use the SAP freight / load system to manage shipment status and documentation for both inbound and outbound flows.
• Ensure correct customs documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure correct segregation of stock by origin and product type.
• Track outbound domestic deliveries to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
• Manage routine operational exceptions (stock discrepancies, warehouse capacity issues, slow-moving SKUs) and propose tactical solutions.
• Act as the operational contact for business operations related to order confirmations, stock inquiries, and urgent needs.
• Provide daily and weekly dashboards on inbound / outbound ETA vs plan, inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, and OTIF.
• Highlight recurring operational issues and propose process improvements.
