Key Responsibilities
Oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while coordinating with key stakeholders.
Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize team efficiency.
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
Maintain clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients to align expectations and deliverables.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion) for tracking tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
Prevent scope creep while keeping teams aligned with project goals.
Document key learnings and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of project management experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency .
Remote work experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of agency processes in branding, design, social media, web development, campaigns, and video production.
Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
