Our Client :

We are partnering with a MNC that specializes in building hyperscale facilities or data centres. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Project Director as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and government or utility authorities related to land, power, water, and building matters.
• Provide overall leadership for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance, ensuring adherence to corporate EHS standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support site assessment, feasibility studies, and land acquisition activities in coordination with internal and external teams.
• Oversee documentation and project controls, ensuring all reports, schedules, and records are accurately maintained from project initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Partner with internal teams — including Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Finance — to ensure commercial and technical alignment during project delivery.
• Lead project teams to identify potential safety and operational risks, implementing proactive mitigation and control measures.
• Ensure continuous compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality, environmental, and occupational health management standards.
• Drive performance excellence across all phases, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
