Responsibilities :
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensure timely submission of mandatory statutory contributions to relevant government authorities, and preparation of related reports.
- Assist in the recruitment process by handling tasks such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting reference checks.
- Monitor staff time attendance and maintain accurate leave records.
- Responsible for the administration of HR processes and system that are related to compensations and benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance and salary structure.
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee records and personal files.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- To follow and fulfil "MDA''( Medical Device Authority ) & "GDPMD" requirement.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Fluent in both oral and written English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of the UBS payroll system is a plus.Strong communication skills, with an independent and responsible personality and the right attitude.
