Job Description
- Provide the transportation and logistic service to the Company’s guest and employees who need such support.
- Provide timely administrative support include the deliveries and collections of the documents / parcels for the sites, offices and divisions.
- Manage and upkeep the filing / documentation for the related division, including the periodic archiving of the documents and files.
- Responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to a designated location, adhering to traffic laws and schedules. Key duties include route planning, vehicle maintenance, loading / unloading goods, and performing pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Execute the delivery and collection of all documents to / from various locations, including but not limited to government offices, banks, as well as making payment or other activities assigned by the superior.
- Collect incoming mails / parcels from the Company’s mailbox and distribute accordingly to the assigned trays at the mailing area of the office.
- Carry out the office walkthrough to ensure the general facilities in the office are well-maintained and the safety of the office are always at the highest level.
- Performs basic office maintenance tasks such as changing the lighting bulb, whenever required and spotted the problem while performing the office walkthrough.
- Be punctual in report to work in the office and observe the dispatch schedule assigned from time to time.
- Continuously uphold the SGS Code of Integrity in performing your roles & responsibilities.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and / or Senior Management
- Support the dispatch activities in other departments whenever required.
Qualifications
SPM or Certificate / Diploma or any college educationPreferable 3 years or more driving experience and experience in handling MPV is an advantageValid driver's licensePresentable and good personality.Additional Information
