Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as required
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties as needed
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
