Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties as needed
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
