Finance Business Partner

1.Partner closely with business units to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights, enabling them to achieve their financial objectives.

2.Deliver data-driven financial analysis to senior management, supporting key business decisions and driving financial digital transformation.

3.Lead and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to optimize and enhance financial systems, improving the automation, accuracy, and efficiency of financial reporting.

4.Analyze foreign exchange markets and company financial data, offering actionable insights to mitigate risks and navigate financial challenges.

5.Develop and implement data-driven financial models to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation capabilities.

6.Play a key role in shaping financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the company's long-term vision.

7.Serve as a strategic liaison between finance and operations, providing expert financial guidance and fostering seamless collaboration.

Job Requirements :

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent credentials are preferred.

2.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or finance business partnering (BP); experience in foreign exchange or the financial sector is a plus.

3.Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex financial data into impactful business insights.

4.Proven experience in financial digital transformation, with proficiency in ERP, BI tools, and other financial systems, leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making.

5.Prior experience in large technology firms (e.g., Huawei) is preferred, with a global perspective and cross-cultural work experience.

6.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive financial initiatives across multiple teams and regions.

7.Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, ensuring seamless interaction with global stakeholders.
