Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Penang, Malaysia. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property showings, and assisting clients in buying or selling properties. Daily tasks include negotiating deals, managing paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and maintain professional relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Real Estate skills
• Sales and Real Property knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
