Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design for web and mobile products, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user journeys.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Maintain a consistent brand and design system across all digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of UX / UI design experience (Fintech / CFD / FX industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex platform design (trading systems, financial dashboards, or portals).
  • Experience in motion design and micro-interactions; familiarity with After Effects or Lottie is a plus.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional environment.
