Job Description

Work Location : offshore construction vessels, rotational assignments (typically 60 / 30). Role Summary The Senior Marine HSE Advisor will provide leadership and oversight for HSE operations aboard offshore construction vessels, specifically

focusing on compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements . This senior position involves managing the implementation of HSE management systems, supervising Marine HSE Advisors, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols across all vessel activities. The role includes leading incident investigations, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and preparing detailed performance reports. The Senior Marine HSE Advisor will also act as the primary liaison with client representatives and regulatory bodies on HSE matters. Offshore Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in offshore marine construction aboard vessels.

Previous experience with Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory. Supervisory Experience : Proven experience in leading and managing teams of HSE professionals onboard offshore vessels, ensuring effective supervision and compliance with safety standards. EPCI Project Knowledge : Strong background in HSE management for EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects, particularly in the context of offshore construction and marine vessel operations. Risk Management & Hazard Identification : Expertise in conducting and leading risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies. Incident Investigation Expertise : Extensive experience leading complex incident investigations, utilizing methodologies such as TapRoot to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. HSE Management Systems : Proficiency in managing HSE systems and ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and client-specific requirements. Client & Stakeholder Management : Strong ability to engage and liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and external auditors, representing the company in HSE meetings and ensuring adherence to client standards.
