Account Assistant
Working hours : 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist In Handling Full Set of Account and Reports, ensure All the Accounting Records are properly updated in the Accounting System. Handling Inactive Holding Company accounts, tax, payroll and administration related matters. Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable account related matters, which includes Collections, Payments, etc. Assist in Bank Related Matters such as Bank Reconciliations, Deposits placement and any Other Bank Related Tasks as Needed. Assist in E-Invoicing compliance matters. Ensuring Accounting Systems, Practices, Controls and Process Are in Compliance with Company Direction, Accounting Standards, Regulations, etc. Assist with relevant submission before due date such as Audit, Tax submission, Statistic submission, Transfer Pricing compliance, and etc. Assist with Company Insurance Matters and Company Secretarial Matters such as Directors’ Resolutions, etc. Maintain Accuracy and Organized Financial Records and Documents. Perform Other Responsibilities as Assigned by Superior or Management from Time to Time.
Requirements :
Local Malaysian Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Familiar with Accounting Software will be an added advantage Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Independent and willing to learn. Must be responsible, honest, self-motivated, and committed to their role. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Required Language : English & Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and speaking. Mandarin language will be an added advantage. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Finance / Account Able to start immediately is an added advantage Benefits
