Ensure alignment with the Group’s global IT strategy by leading the planning, implementation, and end-to-end lifecycle management of key supply chain systems in the Penang facility—including MES, WMS, SAP, and SRM—delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. Act as the primary liaison for overseas IT system deployment, spearheading the rollout, localization, training, and continuous improvement of standardized systems across international subsidiaries. Lead the collection, analysis, and harmonization of business requirements from the Penang site and international entities; design differentiated digital solutions and drive the adoption of unified data governance standards. Manage project initiation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation. Coordinate cross-functional teams—including internal IT, overseas business units, external vendors, and distributors—to ensure timely and successful project execution. Establish structured training frameworks and post-implementation support mechanisms for overseas sites. Continuously monitor system performance, operational costs, and user satisfaction to optimize long-term adoption and value delivery. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project or product management within the electronics manufacturing or supply chain industry. At least 3 years of hands-on experience leading international or cross-border IT implementation projects. Strong product analysis and design capabilities, with solid logical thinking and the ability to identify core user needs from a user-centric perspective. Experience in medium / large-scale manufacturing enterprises, with familiarity in MES, WMS, SRM system project management and deployment. Proficient in using project and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Axure, Visio, MindManager), with strong skills in requirements analysis, budget control, and risk management. Able to work under pressure. Experience with AI-driven product development or business applications is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to travel for short to mid-term overseas assignments.
