Your Responsibilities

• Industrial Relations
• Act as the first point of contact for shopfloor employees regarding workplace concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain records of disciplinary actions, warning letters, and domestic inquiries in accordance with the Company policy.
• Conduct exit interviews, identify root causes for attrition, and submit periodic analysis reports.
• Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and communication forums (e.g., tea talk, town hall, etc.).
• Employee Relations
• Develop, implement and manage employee relations programs and initiatives to promote a positive workplace activity required by the Company.
• Create and administer employee recognition programs to acknowledge and rewards outstanding performance and achievements.
• Plan and organize employee events such as annual dinner, JCC, contest on major festival, and any ad-hoc activity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all employee programs and activities.
• Employee Grievance and Suggestion
• Manage the Employee Suggestion Box.
• Collect and review suggestions accordingly.
• Liaise with relevant departments for feedback and implementation.
• Ensure closure and communication of feedback to employees.
• Policy Development and Implementation
• To help establish ER / IR process flow, procedures, policies and guidelines.
• Conduct training or awareness sessions on ER / IR policies.
• Data Analysis, Reporting and Others
• To support ER / IR Manager to monitor and analyze ER metrics and trends to proactively address issues and recommend improvements.
• To perform any other tasks that assigned to you by your supervisor.
