Senior Account Executive

Penerangan pekerjaan

Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards and statutory reporting.

To plan, execute and monitor all matters related to cash flow management including receivables and payables.

Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and in-charge of monthly close processes.

Prepare budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.

Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial and administrative duties and projects of the company.

Perform analytical review to understand the root cause of movements in any financial statements and advise the management for the action to be taken.

Liaise with external parties, eg. auditor, tax agent, company secretary and bankers.

Review workflows, business processes and identify areas needed for improvement and implement the enhancement to be more efficient and accurate.

Assisting in special projects as and when needed.
