Strong technical foundation in APIs, front‑end and back‑end frameworks, databases, and security practices. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 15 developers in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex solutions. Knowledge of banking processes, ITIL certification, and regional project exposure. Competitive annual salary package ranging from MYR 270,000 to MYR 300,000. Strategic leadership role with enterprise‑wide impact on digital transformation. Opportunity to shape automation and low‑code strategy across multiple regions. High visibility and influence with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
