A minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination or site support is preferred. Good understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and submission procedures (e.g., KM, BP, STS / KSK). Able to liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities professionally with the strong verbal and written communication in English, Malay and Mandarin. Ability to work independently, responsible, self-motivated, able to multitask under pressure and a good team player.
