Responsibilities
- Prospecting new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process
- Researching prospects to identify pain points, industry challenges, and buying signals
- Engaging potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Using CRM and sales tools to track and nurture leads
- Following up regularly to maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Understanding product offerings to provide accurate and compelling information
- Presenting solutions clearly and confidently to answer client queries
- Negotiating and closing deals with professionalism and integrity
- Handling objections and overcoming challenges to drive sales success
