About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mortgage & Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jaguar Solutions Sdn Bhd (Klang Jaguar Group). In this full-time role based in Klang, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers with their mortgage and finance needs, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on mortgage products and financial solutions
- Assisting customers with the application and approval process for mortgages and other finance options
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique financial requirements
- Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest mortgage and finance industry trends and regulations
- Collaborating with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the customer journey
