we are looking for candidates with Desktop and Office Infrastructure support and troubleshooting experience. In this Role, you'll get to : Supporting our global end-users in day-to-day hardware and software setup, installation, configuration and problem troubleshooting. Owning all aspects of the local office support. Infrastructure and Desktop. Supporting Office infrastructure and network. Building laptops and setting up workstations. Ensure endpoints meet the security KPIs (Patching, OS and AV) Maintaining and tracking IT inventory. Proficient in Active Directory users / computers management Proficient in Enterprise systems management tool such as Intune, SCCM, Kace, Altiris Proficient in mass computer deployment solution such as MDT, JAMF, Clonezilla In-depth knowledge of Windows / MacOS / Office in corporate environment Willing to travel, work shifts and do on-call. Ability to work independently and as a team player. What You’ll Need to Succeed : Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field. 0–3 years of experience supporting office and desktop infrastructure. Strong sense of ownership— proactively look for solutions and don’t pass on problem Familiar with Windows or macOS operating system Customer service mindset. Eagerness to keep up with the latest technologies and stay ahead of the curve. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a good sense of humor is always a plus. Must be a team player.
