Digital Client Experience Executive

to join our dynamic team and elevate the way we engage with clients throughout their learning journey.

Role Summary

As a

Digital Client Experience Executive

, you'll play a key role in creating and delivering exceptional digital touchpoints and communication experiences for our clients — from onboarding, to training engagement, to post-program follow-ups.

You are part client success, part digital marketer, and part learning ambassador — ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and delighted throughout their training journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Communication

  • Coordinate smooth onboarding for new clients via email, WhatsApp, and virtual platforms
  • Maintain timely, friendly, and professional communication with clients before, during, and after training programs
  • Send digital joining instructions, reminders, feedback forms, and learning resources

Training Engagement Support

  • Manage WhatsApp groups and communication channels during training programs
  • Collaborate with trainers and operations team to ensure seamless client experience
  • Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, and digital certificate issuance
  • Feedback & Post-Training Follow-Up

  • Collect, analyse, and report participant feedback
  • Share post-training resources and surveys
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client interactions
  • Digital Experience Enhancements

  • Work with marketing and design teams to create digital touchpoints (e.g. landing pages, email templates, WhatsApp messages)
  • Propose improvements to client journey using CRM tools and feedback loops
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or training coordination
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English essential, Bahasa / Mandarin / Tamil a plus)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, CRM tools
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
