Senior Executive, HR (Payroll)

Overview

The position's role encompasses to provide full support to coordinate and administer activities concerning the areas of C&B and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Create position ID in SAP for all employees, create personal data in the system for Manager and R&D, generate relevant reports.
• Participate and conduct benefits and salary surveys, analyze and maintains information on benefits program of other organizations.
• Acts as liaison with government agencies i.e. Labour Department, EPF, SOCSO, Tabung Haji and etc.
• Coordinate Managers’ confirmation and process Managers’ resignation.
• Responsible for Managers and R&D payroll.
• Process employees’ resignation and salary discrepancies.
• Supervises direct, indirect and exempt staff payroll functions.
• Submit for government statutory reports.
• Indirect payroll (NE and Exempt) functions i.e. Prepares month end payroll processing.
• Coordinate annual review and bonus for IDL and DL employees.
• Change shift pattern, transfer and update in SAP for Manager and R&D.
• Prepare for monthly reports i.e. Headcount Report, Finance Report, Insurance and other required reports.
• Perform HRM SAP system testing and update as required by IT or Corporate.
