We are searching continuously for several right candidates to be our Management Trainee in the field of “Sales & Marketing”, “Business Development” and “Technical”. The objective is to train and develop a new generation of young management leadership for the company. Upon successful confirmation, you will join our senior executives and founder to jointly develop the business of the company.

You must be a self-motivated, outgoing, result-oriented, and clear objective driven individual. Candidates must be able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English, with capability in other languages (Mandarin or Tamil) an added advantage. You must be able to travel if needed to attend exhibitions, trade shows, or visiting clients. Able to work as a team with anticipated different characteristic of people. Matrix is looking for proactive individuals with positive energy, who are willing to learn new things and work overtime (with OT pay, of course). Other important qualities we look for are leadership abilities, responsibility, and punctuality. A degree in the respective field of study is encouraged but not strictly required, as we understand that experience and knowledge are not limited to books.

Job Scope :

• Cross department with 80% on core field and 20% of hybrid working experience of different fields e.g., 80% Sales and 20% Technical / Fulfilment / Business Development
• Working with people from all levels including bottom to senior executive level.
• Working across all levels of the supply chain include sales, pre-sales, technical delivery, support, and fulfilment.
• Punctuality is a vital job scope!
• Close opportunity to work with founders and in the front line to accelerate exposure in the tech field.
• Potential partnership with the company to develop new businesses.
• Fixed annual 13th month salary.
