Nexus is located in Putrajaya – one of the larger suburbs in Kuala Lumpur. Established in 2008 as part of the Taylor’s Education Group, we currently enrol 750 students from Early Years to Year 13 who learn through the IPC, IGCSE and IBDP curricula. We have an inclusive admissions policy and you can expect to teach learners with learning and language needs as well as exceptionally academic children. The student population is made up of over 30 different nationalities giving our school a truly global character. Previous international experience is not required, but the desire to work in a diverse international community is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the computing curriculum and support the Head of Department for Maths and Computing.
• Support the Head of Computing and coordinate curriculum delivery with another computer science teacher.
• Implement high quality professional learning opportunities throughout the school.
• Contribute to the school’s safeguarding and welfare practices.

Application Process

We will be closing the application period on Friday 31st October. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and first round interviews will be held online during the application period and for a week extending after the deadline. Final round interviews will be held in the middle of November. Candidates will be given the package information before the final round interview to aid with decision‑making. Both interviews will take place online via Zoom.
