About the role You’ll be responsible primarily for efficiently and proactively supporting financial planning and analysis for Malaysia and Singapore market. Assist to do brand profitability analysis and deep dives looking at product mix, brand fixed initiatives and category profitability issues enabling informed planning and decision making.
Contribute to the Quarterly Forecast and annual Planning process
Responsible for facilitating and supporting the forecasting and business planning processes and providing input to the target setting process. Work with reporting teams to ensure that analysis reflects an accurate picture of the margin levers.
Report on monthly financial performance against plan and / or forecast, explaining variances against KPI
Analyze key drivers of category profitability including analysis of SKU profitability, pricing and TP
Support to set-up and integrate new business or products, monitor & tracking the economic benefit to all NPDs’ submission
Providing valuable support to the commercial team for the business, offering insight and analysis on Pricing & COGs to influence, steer and improve business performance in a meaningful way
Coordinate with Supply teams to understand cost drivers.
Review pricing development and implication, ensure pricing set up accuracy
Item master custodian to ensure data integrity in SAP system and align global item master development.
To actively participate in monthly Integrated business planning process (SNOP process) to understand the latest views on the P&L.

Experience we're looking for
Bachelor degree in Finance and / or Accountancy from a recognized university
At least 5 years of commercial & business planning working experience
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be an added advantage
Good command of spoken and written English
