Job Description
- Elevate Guest Experience : Provide guests with a friendly, efficient ticketing experience and ensure operational readiness of Guest Services to deliver a world-class theme park experience, upholding the Genting brand.
- Operational Readiness & SOPs : Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient, friendly operations in ticketing and guest services.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness : Ensure all cleaning and hygiene SOPs are followed daily. Conduct reviews and internal checks to identify improvements.
- Guest Feedback & Improvement : Review guest satisfaction data to continually enhance operations.
- Daily Reporting : Produce daily reports on admissions and guest issues for stakeholders.
- Guest Compliments : Implement a process to communicate guest compliments to staff.
- Signage & Information : Oversee signage at all entry points and guest areas, ensuring accuracy and maintenance.
- Efficient Entry & Revenue Maximization : Manage entry processes to ensure a smooth guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Ticket Inventory & Strategy : Manage ticket inventory to optimize revenue and develop contingency plans during low periods.
- Product Development Support : Assist in planning and developing ticket products to attract and retain guests, based on market analysis.
- Training & Competency : Oversee training programs to ensure staff can handle evacuations, provide care, and assist guests at all times.
- Communication & Engagement : Conduct briefings and meetings to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Maintain positive relationships with other departments, especially Marketing & Sales, to address guest needs.
- Budget Management : Oversee budgets for Ticketing and Guest Services.
- Cash Handling & POS Integrity : Enforce cash handling and POS procedures to maintain organizational integrity.
- Special Events Support : Provide ticketing and guest services support during special events.
