Responsibilities
- Managing building management operation, front office, landscaping, car parking operation and housekeeping.
- Develop and review Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for implementation to ensure efficiency of building operations.
- To liaise with the relevant bodies and authorities pertaining to the building management operations and housekeeping to meet regulations and compliance.
- Develop the building rules, fit-out manual and ensure observation of these rules are maintained.
- Manage and control the building management operations and housekeeping expenditure for cost effectiveness including maintenance & engineering aspects.
- Manage and facilitate the operation of the department business activities in ensuring operation readiness and delivery including risk management.
- Contribute technical input and knowledge on building management ensuring stable building maintenance and integrity.
Reporting
Prepare documents, including proposals, legal documents, stakeholders’ circulars and submissions to authorities to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.Regularly update and provide accurate information to the Management on the business operations of the Building Management and Housekeeping.Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
Contractor Safety Management (CSM) – accountability of enforcing and ensuring the implementation of the guidelines and practices.Permit to Work (PTW) - accountability of ensuring precautions are identified and implemented before work begins.Leadership
Steer, develop and motivate direct reports, in line with the division objectives to achieve the division goals.Conduct people interactions timely, in a transparent, and trustworthy manner to maintain high level of integrity among team members.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Building / Property Management / Real Estate Management / Engineering or equivalent
Proven minimum (8) years previous experience working as a Building Manager in a similar type of establishment with public and private spaces.Well-versed in OSH Management.Experience in leading and managing a diverse team of professionals.Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.Outstanding interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, and English.If you think you have what it takes to join our team, APPLY NOW!
