We are seeking a resourceful and driven Commercial Executive (Sales & Fulfilment) to support our customer acquisition and campaign execution efforts. This is a hybrid role combining both business development (hunter) and account coordination (farmer) responsibilities. You'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities while ensuring campaigns are properly coordinated, tracked, and fulfilled post-sale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Sales / Business Development (Hunter)Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outreach and networkingPrepare and pitch tailored media solutions to clients across various channelsOwn the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the dealMaintain a CRM / database of leads, prospects, and sales activitiesConduct market research and stay informed on competitor activityMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsCampaign Fulfilment & Client Coordination (Ops)Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-saleGather necessary marketing materials and approvals from clientsCoordinate internally with design, content, and ad operations teams to execute campaignsMonitor progress of campaigns and ensure deadlines are metTrack and report on fulfilment status, client satisfaction, and campaign performanceMaintain organised documentation (e.g., contracts, reports) using Google Workspace toolsRequirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
2–3 years of experience in a hybrid sales / account role or similar functionExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlinesProactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and cross-functionally with various teamsBonus : Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Figma, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, or TableauQualifications
