Quality Engineer

Overview

Join Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd as a Quality Engineer based in Kamunting Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that our customers expect from our medical devices. As a key member of the Quality Assurance & Control team, you will work collaboratively to ensure our manufacturing processes and end-products meet or exceed all regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control processes and procedures to identify, analyse, and resolve quality issues
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications
• Analyse data and generate detailed reports to track quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards, and ensure the company\'s quality management system meets all applicable requirements
• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff on quality control best practices
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company\'s quality culture and commitment to excellence
