Job Description

Principal Consultant – SAP SD (Infosys – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Involve with designing and developing world‑class solutions and demonstrating SAP best industry practices.
• Communicating with business users for better understanding of requirements and converting them into Functional Specification documents.
• Getting the new design / developments approved from Client internal SAP Central Control Board.
• Managing SAP deliverables and coordinating with non‑SAP teams for project delivery.
• Working closely with SAP ABAP technical team for developments.
• Collaborating with external partners like 3PL, OEMs and Carriers.
• Performing unit testing and integration testing of the deliverables.
• Providing support to business users during UAT phase and resolving issues.
• Conducting end‑user training and handing over knowledge transfer to the SAP Production team.
• Communicating with other SAP modules such as SAP‑SD & SAP‑FICO to understand business scenarios.
• Executing projects, setting deliverable priorities, monitoring and reporting on process, progress and results. Mentoring junior project resources.
• Ensuring consistent delivery of quality projects as per SAP team project lifecycle.
