Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of Hands-on experience in equipment servicing or technical support (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, calibrate, and validate laboratory instruments at customer sites.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs according to service contracts or schedules.
- Train end users on instrument operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and technical issues.
