Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to line managers on HR matters including but not limited to workforce planning, organisational design, capability building to deliver high impact, business aligned outcomes
- Management of employee life-cycle covering all people processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance and reward, employee relations for relevant functions as assigned
- Support the setup, integration of new teams / functions into Value Creation Centre, ensuring effective onboarding and cultural assimilation
- Support change management during transitions, migrations and service redesign
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop insights on workforce metrics
- Drive groupwide HR processes in Value Creation Centre e.g. annual performance and reward review, talent review
- Insights on workforce metrics (attrition, engagement, absenteeism) and recommend interventions
Requirements
Degree in Corporate Administration, Human Resources or equivalentTrack record of strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skillsAction oriented with a strong attention to detail, timelines and end-to-end design to implementationProven ability to work with ambiguity, independently and can-do mindsetExperience in a matrixed organisation, with exposure to Global Business Services and Global Capability Centre a plusExperience in both HR business partnering and exposure to HR centres of excellence preferredPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
