Job Summary

The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and academic operations of the Just English Centre located within an international school in Bangkok. The Coordinator ensures that all aspects of the Centre’s operations are conducted in accordance with Just English policies and procedures, maintaining high academic standards and effective programme delivery. The role involves leading teachers, liaising with school administrators, and overseeing all academic and operational functions to ensure the smooth running of the English Language Centre.

Job Duties

Organisational and Operational Duties

• Oversee the operations of one or more Centres, as required.
• Collaborate with school administrators to prepare timetables, allocate classrooms, and coordinate external programmes.
• Ensure class attendance records, schedules, and exam timetables are accurate and up to date.
• Assign teachers and multimedia lab administrators to classes and programme components.
• Implement programme changes and curriculum updates as issued by Just English headquarters.
• Ensure accurate reporting and submission of weekly, periodic, and ad hoc reports to both the school and Just English headquarters.
