Overview
Job Overview : The Project Administration responsible to provide administrative, documentation and coordination support for sustainability and energy efficiency projects, ensuring smooth project lifecycles from planning to completion. The Project Administration will maintain accurate project records, track budgets and resources, prepare reports and support compliance with company procedures. In addition, the role will assist with proposal preparation, tender submissions, and minor business development tasks such as market research and client documentation support, to contribute to the Division's overall objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage project documentation (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, presentations).
- Support project handovers, contract preparation, and progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
- Track project expenditures and financial performance against targets.
- Provide administrative support in procurement processes, including vendor coordination, quotations, and documentation.
- Compile and analyse market research materials on energy efficiency, sustainability, and green technologies.
- Support the preparation of proposals, tender documents, and presentation materials.
- Track project pipeline and status updates, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.At least 3-5 years’ experience in project administration, coordination, or client support, preferably in sustainability, energy management, or engineering-related industries.Knowledge of energy management and sustainability-related projects.Familiarity with utility, federal, or state energy efficiency programs (e.g., SEDA, ST, ESCO).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in MS Project and Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
