PR1MA Corporation Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Administration & Post Sales to support post-sales activities, customer liaison, documentation management, and administrative functions to ensure smooth property handovers and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-sales support : Providing assistance and support to customers after property sales transactions, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating post-sales services such as property handover and defect rectification.
- Customer liaison : Serving as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation management : Managing and organizing property sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordination of property handover : Coordinating property handover processes, including scheduling handover appointments, preparing handover documentation, and facilitating property inspections to ensure smooth and timely handover to buyers.
- Defect rectification coordination : Liaising with relevant parties, such as contractors and property developers, to coordinate defect rectification works post-property handover, ensuring timely resolution of any defects reported by buyers.
- Payment processing : Assisting in processing payments related to property sales transactions, including collecting payments from buyers, issuing receipts, and reconciling payment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with payment schedules.
- Administrative support : Providing general administrative support to the sales team and other departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records and databases.
- Customer database management : Updating and maintaining customer databases and records, including contact information, purchase history, and preferences, to facilitate effective customer relationship management and targeted marketing efforts.
- Sales reporting : Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and analytics, including tracking sales performance metrics, analysing trends, and generating insights to support decision-making and sales strategy development.
- Process improvement : Identifying areas for process improvement in administration and post-sales support activities and proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- To assist in ad-hoc issues / duties that assigned from time to time.
