About The Role
Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes for the Hong Kong market based on guidelines for the issuance of AIA insurance policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Process all Life and / or Accident and Health (A&H) change requests received as per stipulated requirements.
- Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.
- Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities.
- Attend and get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit / up skilled and personal development.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
- Process and assess client data in various systems to verify and confirm correct information as per stipulated requirements. Users may need to manually process / rectify some exceptional cases. Assist other teams on an ad-hoc basis as needed.

- Attend and get certified (OJT) to be qualified to commence processing and subsequently perform quality checks for the team.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
Job Requirements
A recognized tertiary Bachelor's Degree qualifications.Fluent in spoken English & Chinese. Candidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage. Passing SPM Chinese subject is a MUST.Self-motivated and proficient in Microsoft Office.Good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn.Able to adapt to a desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hours (including weekend & public holidays).The role is required to follow the Hong Kong working calendar.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
