Overview
Responsible for supporting the primary manager by overseeing day-to-day operations, handling customer issues, ensuring smooth business flow and revenue reporting, while providing excellent customer service and upholding company policies
Principal Duties
Sales & Business Development
- Actively identify, develop, and pursue sales opportunities for AIS products and services within assigned territories and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders in the oil & gas industry.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to departmental and company revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal to maximize revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver solutions and meet client expectations.
- Support tender preparation, including gathering technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring timely submission.
Technical Support & Project Delivery
Provide technical guidance on AIS services, including wireline / slickline logging, production logging, well integrity evaluation, and intervention techniques.Work closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and industry standards.Assist in job planning, risk assessment, and preparation of operational programs and procedures.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, procurement, etc.) to deliver solutions and meet client expectations.Monitor job execution on-site or remotely as needed, providing technical support and ensuring service quality.Monitor operation performance (technical and commercial) and ensure timely delivery of products / services and billing processParticipate in post-job reviews with clients to capture lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
