We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Worldgate Express Services Sdn Bhd. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers in the sea export freight forwarding industry. This full‑time position is based in our Port Klang, Selangor office.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all customer service activities related to sea import freight forwarding operations
Liaise with customers to understand their shipping requirements and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and process all necessary export documentation accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of freight services
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest process enhancements

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the freight forwarding industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Thorough understanding of import documentation and procedures in the freight forwarding industry

Proficient in using freight forwarding software and technologies

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Team‑work oriented with a willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
