Lead Customer Deal Desk Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Full‑time – Mid‑Senior level – Finance (IT Services and IT Consulting)

Job Description

This role creates, validates, and processes contract documentation using Oracle’s standard document templates and contract options. You’ll work closely with Sales to transform their requests into compliant agreements and will coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to mitigate corporate risk.

Responsibilities

  • Draft complex or nonstandard contracts for assigned Oracle line of business and country.
  • Validate that documents comply with Oracle guidelines and policies, including pricing, licensing, and revenue recognition.
  • Project‑manage deals, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, sales, and other internal partners.
  • Ensure non‑standard contract terms receive Oracle approval per the Global Approval Matrix.
  • Advise Sales on required approvals for non‑standard / complex transactions.
  • Provide internal teams with guidance on terms before finalization.
  • Act as primary contracting contact when a Deal Manager is not assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of contract processes, systems, and tools.
  • Identify and resolve customer‑centric issues quickly.
  • Execute any additional responsibilities as directed by management.

  • Experience & Qualifications

  • BA / BS degree (Business Management / Finance preferred).
  • 2–10 years of relevant experience; 2–10 years in contract management and drafting.
  • Experience drafting contractual documents.
  • Proficiency in Oracle application software preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Independent work under deadlines and minimal supervision.
