Car Park Attendant

Maintain cleanliness, lighting, and safety features of the parking and retail components.

Provide customer service by responding to inquiries, giving directions, and resolving parking issues professionally.

Ensure smooth traffic flow in the parking area and optimize space usage.

Ensure the existing car park electronic payment systems, machinery, devices are working efficiently in accordance to SOP.

Support documentation in accordance to SOP.

Perform other car park operational duties such as system, equipment and cleanliness; replenishing of car park tickets, lost tickets, penalty charges, etc.

Any ad-hoc task.

Requirements :

Ability to speak and write Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Basic knowledge in mathematics and computer skills will be advantage.

Good personality with customer service and people skills.

Available to work extra hours and during weekends and Public Holidays as well as to rotate on shifts
