Overview
We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of software solutions , including web systems, mobile applications, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, presenting ideas, and can convincingly communicate the value of our tech products to clients from various industries.
This role combines strategic marketing, client communication, and business development to grow the company’s presence and client base.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for our software and digital solutions.
- Present and pitch software products to clients, partners, and agencies confidently.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the tech team to propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions to promote the company’s offerings.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads.Create marketing content such as brochures, social posts, and promotional materials.Work with designers to produce creative visuals for campaigns and proposals.Manage company social media pages and website updates to increase online visibility.Sales Support & Conversion
Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to close deals.Assist in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.Track marketing performance and report monthly progress and client engagement outcomes.Support cross-department efforts between marketing, sales, and technical teams.Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or business development , preferably in IT or software industry .Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English & Malay).Confident, convincing, and able to handle client meetings independently.Good understanding of software solutions, websites, or digital platforms (training provided if needed).Proficient in using marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems.Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
