Overview
Data Analytics & Automation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the account management team by creating tables with eCommerce KPIs & automation initiatives around the e-commerce platforms that are in scope for the project. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining automation workflows, owning data tables and KPIs for reporting, and managing client expectations. The role also involves collaborating with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions and supporting the overall project documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Automation Development : Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for the e-commerce platform, improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts using Excel VBA, Python, etc.
- Data Extraction : Extraction, Transformation & Loading of e-commerce data (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) into dashboards that support decision-making processes.
- Data Analytics : Analyze project-related data to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making.
- Client Expectation Management : Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure alignment with project goals, and maintain high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure automation solutions are implemented effectively and meet project requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation : Provide regular updates on automation progress, performance metrics, and insights to both internal teams and clients.
- Team Support : Collaborate with Delivery Leads, IT Leads, and Team Leads on a variety of processes / projects to ensure seamless understanding and execution of their needs on automation / analytics.
- Ad Hoc Requests : Ensure strong understanding of required priorities while supporting ad hoc requests when possible.
