We’re thrilled to be hiring a SENIOR EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION at ! He or she will responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions within WCT Malls, including employee relations, talent management, performance management and HR operations.
Work closely with employees and management to provide guidance, support and solutions to HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Employee Relations :
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Facilitate discussions and negotiations to find mutually acceptable solutions when conflicts or disputes between employees or between employees and management.
Talent Management :
Assist in the recruitment and selection process by participating in interviews, reviewing resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.HR Operations :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and training records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Compliance and Policy Adherence :
Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the retail or property industryStrong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsProficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applicationsProactive, organized and able to work effectively in a team environmentWork location :Your Benefits :
