Job Description
Staff Supervision & Training : Direct, coach, and monitor stewarding staff to ensure efficient work practices and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.Sanitation & Hygiene : Oversee the cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and BOH areas to meet high health standards.Equipment & Supply Management : Maintain inventory of operating equipment (OE), ensure proper handling to prevent damage or loss, and monitor stock levels for all necessary supplies.Safety & Compliance : Enforce company safety policies, monitor staff safety, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulations.Administrative Duties : Assist with staff scheduling, prepare shift reports, track labor and productivity, and manage daily meetings to resolve operational concerns.Company Benefit
