Penerangan pekerjaanStaff Supervision & Training : Direct, coach, and monitor stewarding staff to ensure efficient work practices and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Sanitation & Hygiene : Oversee the cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and BOH areas to meet high health standards. Equipment & Supply Management : Maintain inventory of operating equipment (OE), ensure proper handling to prevent damage or loss, and monitor stock levels for all necessary supplies. Safety & Compliance : Enforce company safety policies, monitor staff safety, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulations. Administrative Duties : Assist with staff scheduling, prepare shift reports, track labor and productivity, and manage daily meetings to resolve operational concerns. Salary will be paid in every 27th end of month. Criteria
- Minimum age 25 years and above
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Able to handle Microsoft office
- Pleasant personality
- Fluent to speak in English, Bahasa
- Can work in team and independent
- Have a own transport
- Male & Female
- Minimum 1 years experience in FNB @ Restaurant,Hotel as a Steward supervisor
- Able to work in Shift, Weekend & Public Holiday
