Quoting & Rebating Analyst (MNC / Hybrid)
Generate, validate, and process customer quotes and rebate claims in alignment with pricing policies, discount structures, and contractual terms. Ensure the accurate application of rebate programs and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain and update pricing and rebate data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, SAP, Oracle, Model N). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, address issues, and meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs). Support internal and external audits by maintaining thorough documentation and transaction records. Identify opportunities for process improvement to optimize operational workflows, reduce errors, and shorten turnaround times. Prepare regular reports on quote volumes, rebate accruals, and exception / error metrics for internal review and performance monitoring.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or rebate operations ideally within a transactional, high-volume, or shared services environment.Proficiency in CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Model N, SAP, or Oracle.High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in handling repetitive tasks and large data sets.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit procedures, or financial controls is a plus.Fresh graduates with strong academic background and internship experience are also encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
