Role Overview
As our Sustainability & Operations Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our green manufacturing systems. You will be responsible for aligning operational workflows with sustainability goals, ensuring compliance with ESG standards, and driving scalable impact across our supply chain and production ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize sustainable manufacturing processes and closed‑loop supply chain systems.
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize biomaterial innovations for industrial applications.
- Lead ESG strategy execution, including compliance audits, lifecycle assessments, and sustainability reporting.
- Manage strategic sourcing and procurement of renewable and low‑impact raw materials.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance resource efficiency and minimize waste.
